Since being chosen in 2000, NFL quarterback Tom Brady of the New England Patriots has amassed a record seven Super Bowl victories, three NFL MVP trophies, and four Super Bowl MVP accolades. Brady was suspended after an investigation into the “Deflategate” controversy found evidence that he had known about the unlawful deflation of footballs used in a 2015 playoff game. He was instrumental in the Patriots’ victories in Super Bowls LI and LIII, without which they would not have beaten the Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Rams, respectively. In March of 2020, after 20 years with the Patriots, Brady would sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

First Started Out and During College

Born in San Mateo, California on August 3, 1977, Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr. was a star athlete at both football and baseball for Junipero Serra High School. After Brady graduated from high school in 1995, he considered going into professional baseball, but ultimately decided to attend the University of Michigan instead.

 

The first two years in college, Brady was a member of the team but saw limited action on the football field. When he joined the club, he was the backup quarterback for two years. By the time he was a junior, he had earned the starting position. Brady threw for 2,636 yards and 350 touchdowns that season. He finished his career by contributing to an Orange Bowl championship.
Private Matters

As a result of his good looks, Tom has attracted a large number of female fans in addition to his football prowess. He was named one of People magazine’s “50 Most Beautiful People” that year (2002). In 2005, he played a TV host on ‘Saturday Night Live,’ another role he is familiar with.

He dated Bridget Moynahan for a long time, but they broke up in 2006. Following their breakup, Bridget gave birth to Tom’s child. Tom Brady and model Gisele Bundchen tied the knot in 2009, and Brady welcomed a boy in December. In 2012, Brady became a delighted father to a daughter.

 

As far back as 16 years, according to Tom Brady, he and President Trump have been close friends. Tom backed Donald Trump’s presidential candidacy and stuck by him when Trump was criticized.

Job

After being selected by the New England Patriots in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft, Tom Brady appeared in just one game that year. When the starting quarterback became hurt in his second year, he got the nod. As a quarterback, Brady displayed his strength and speed.

By season’s end, he had established himself as a star performer, having started the quarterback position 11 times and won the other four. MVP Tom Brady led his team to a victory over the St. Louis Rams in Super Bowl 36.

After getting his team to a close victory over the 49ers, Brady once again made headlines. Brady’s squad returned home from a 28-point deficit to lose by a score of 41-34.

The 2014 season was Brady’s weakest. In the wake of his team’s AFL Championship victory over the Indianapolis Colts, Brady faced allegations of cheating. In May of 2015, more details emerged about the incident. Tom’s tempering of balls was uncovered during the examination. Tom will miss the first four games of the season due to a suspension. In September, a federal judge ruled that there were no legitimate reasons for the suspension, and thus the claims were dismissed.

 

Tom guided his team through difficulties and into the 2016 Super Bowl, and he later told reporters that he needed to win for personal reasons related to his mother’s condition. After promising to do so, Brady led the Patriots to a 34-28 victory, and became the first quarterback in NFL history to win five Super Bowls.
